Dear Clients and Friends,
Ensuring everyone’s safety is of utmost importance at Weegee Hair Studio. Please find below an outline of safety measures I have implemented as well as guidelines and questionnaire which I ask you to review and follow in order to proceed with your appointment. I sincerely thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued patronage.
Salon Safety Measures
- As I am the only stylist, and appointments are scheduled with breaks in between, each client is the only customer in the Salon during their appointment.
- I am vaccinated against COVID-19 including all recommended boosters and wear an N95 face mask.
- Styling chair and shampoo chair have a new, single-use covering for each client.
- Medical-grade disinfectant is used on all cutting, combing and styling equipment and touch-points throughout the Salon.
- A Honeywell UVC lamp has been installed on the furnace for additional air purification.
- In addition to robust HVAC air circulation, windows are opened between appointments to further facilitate fresh-air flow into the Salon space.
Client Safety Guidelines
- Please don’t bring anyone with you into the Salon.
- When entering the Salon, clients are asked to wear a new KN95 or KF94 face mask with earloops. If you don’t have one, I can supply a KN95 mask for a $1 surcharge.
- Please no eating is allowed in the Salon.
- Please review the Client Questionnaire below before making your appointment, and also please review again the day before your appointment.
Client Questionnaire
UPDATED 10/1/2024: Wearing a mask is required in the Salon. Please wear KN95 or KF94 masks that have earloops and a snug fit on the nose, face, and chin.
Please be extra vigilant in monitoring your symptoms. If you feel even a little bit unwell or had a known exposure, please reschedule your appointment for a later date when your risk of developing symptoms and/or ability to transmit COVID-19 is no longer likely.
When confirming your appointment, please answer the questionnaire below:
- Within the last 7 days, have you or a close contact had a positive antigen or PCR test or otherwise been diagnosed with COVID-19, cold or flu?
- Do you or anyone close to you have any of these symptoms?
– runny nose / congestion
– sore throat / cough
– fever / chills / muscle aches
– new loss of taste and / or smell
– nausea / vomiting / diarrhea
- Are you or is anyone in your household or a close contact awaiting the results of a COVID-19, cold or flu test?
